reception staff offered a great welcome and provided helpful information. I stayed on the top floor and watched the sunrise with a beautiful view of the lake. a fridge in the room was useful and lounge and coffee facilities were appreciated.
the shower was small, and i could hear other guests, which wasn't ideal.

The kitchen area included decent equipment. That was acceptable.
i found the soundproofing inadequate. noisy guests returned at all hours, banging doors. also, the tv was outdated and way too small.
